How we got here
Aaron grew up in India and Aubrey grew up in Clearwater, Florida. They built their life together in Tampa Bay — a lake house, two dogs named Raja and Walter, and a cat named Tim.
They are equal partners in everything. Aaron specializes in the map and location knowledge — neighborhoods, commutes, flood zones, elevation data, and market trends. Aubrey specializes in lifestyle — restaurants, schools, the day-to-day feel of every area. Together, they give you the complete picture.
In the past couple years, they've helped over 50 buyers relocate to Tampa Bay. Their approach is simple: be honest about every neighborhood, answer the questions you didn't know to ask, and make the process feel manageable — even from 1,000 miles away.
They started the YouTube channel Living in St. Pete to give out-of-state buyers the honest, detailed information they couldn't find anywhere else — real neighborhood breakdowns, flood zone deep dives, and the pros and cons that other agents won't tell you.
