Each section of the trail has a different character. Here’s what to expect.

Downtown St. Pete

Miles 0–5
Urban / Arts

Starts near Tropicana Field heading west. Passes through the Warehouse Arts District with galleries and 3 Daughters Brewing. Urban feel with street crossings.

Seminole – Largo

Miles 13–19
Safest riding

The safest stretch — 5 overpasses (Ulmerton, West Bay, Park Blvd, Seminole Blvd, 113th St). Flat, wide, and uninterrupted. Best for families.

Clearwater – Belleair

Miles 20–24
Scenic / Dining

Trail passes through Belleair with Cafe Alfresco and Daily News Restaurant overlooking the path. Connects to Ream Wilson Trail toward the beach.

Dunedin

Miles 25–28
Trail town

The trail town. Downtown Dunedin is built around the trail — 8+ breweries, restaurants, coffee shops, and ice cream all within steps.

Palm Harbor

Miles 29–33
Nature / Quiet

Wall Springs Park with nature trails and an observation tower. Reel BBQ and Charlotte Bean Coffee right on the trail.

Tarpon Springs

Miles 34–37
Historic / Culture

Northern end near the historic Sponge Docks. Tarpon Tavern, Da Spot, and Brighter Days Brewing. Trail ends at US 19 underpass.
